Welcome to ChurchSuite – The New Church Hub

We are really excited to introduce ChurchSuite, our new online space designed to make church life simpler, clearer, and more connected for everyone.

ChurchSuite is available through both a website and a mobile app, and it brings together everything that helps our church family stay organised in one easy place. In everyday terms, it combines our church directory, calendar, rotas, events, and communications into a single, user-friendly system that is genuinely enjoyable to use.

The heart behind ChurchSuite is simple: we want to spend less time chasing information and organising logistics, and more time worshipping, growing in faith, and loving our community well. Technology should quietly support ministry, not become another burden, and everything about how we are using ChurchSuite is shaped by that principle.

From personal experience and from thousands of churches already using it, ChurchSuite is refreshingly intuitive, even if technology is not usually your thing.

Getting Started – Your First Login

Getting access is very straightforward and only takes a minute.

Visit churchsuite.kinson.church in your web browser, or download the ChurchSuite app from your phone’s app store and search for our church.

Click Log in, then choose Request login link or Forgotten password.

Enter the email address the church already has on record for you.

You will receive a secure email link that lets you set up access instantly, with no passwords to remember.

If the email does not arrive within a minute or two, do check your spam folder. If it is still not there, just let us know and we will happily help.

Once you are in, you can explore gently at your own pace.

Your Details & Church Communication

Inside ChurchSuite you can view the contact details the church holds for you, such as your address, phone number, and email, and update them yourself whenever life changes.

You can also choose how the church contacts you, and over time ChurchSuite will become the main place where church emails and updates live, meaning you can always find them easily without digging through your inbox.

You can control what other church members can see about you, and search for contact details when you need them, creating a living, always up-to-date church address book.

Rotas – Clear, Simple, and Stress-Free

All church rotas are moving into ChurchSuite so everything lives in one clear place.

This means no more hunting through emails, WhatsApp threads, or shared folders. You will be able to open ChurchSuite and instantly see everything you are serving on in a clean, easy-to-read view.

You can enter your unavailability for holidays or busy periods, which helps rota coordinators plan kindly and realistically.

You can also swap or cover sessions easily within the system, with everyone kept informed automatically.

The goal is less confusion, fewer last-minute scrambles, and much clearer communication.

Church Calendar & Events

ChurchSuite includes a live church calendar showing everything that is coming up, from prayer meetings and socials to courses and special services.

You will always be able to see what is happening without searching for old emails or flyers.

For events where we need numbers in advance, such as meals, courses, or trips, you can sign up directly inside ChurchSuite in just a few clicks.

Children & Families

For parents and carers, ChurchSuite gives you full access to the information stored about your children.

You can update contact details, medical notes, emergency contacts, and communication preferences yourself, knowing that this information is only visible to those who need it for care and safeguarding.

Children do not log in themselves, but if older young people are on rotas, you will be able to see and manage these alongside your own, including unavailability and swaps.

Behind the Scenes – Helping the Church Care Well

ChurchSuite also quietly supports things you may not see day to day, such as welcoming newcomers, coordinating pastoral care, and organising ministries more smoothly.

These tools will never replace relationships, but they help ensure that no one slips through the cracks and that care is more consistent and joined-up.

In short, ChurchSuite is about clarity, kindness, and connection.We’re learning how we can use it as well, so if you have any suggestions or guidance please do let us know - and bear with us if we don’t know an answer immediately

We would warmly encourage everyone to log in, explore, and get familiar with it. You cannot break anything, and curiosity is the best way to learn.
