Creation Restored

Reading: Isaiah 11:6-9; Romans 8:18-25

Devotional: Isaiah paints a breathtaking picture: predator and prey dwelling together, children playing safely near serpents, the curse removed. This isn't mere poetry—it's prophecy of Christ's complete restoration. When Jesus returns, all creation will be renewed. The wolf and lamb, the cow and bear, even the lion will live in harmony. The knowledge of the Lord will cover the earth as waters cover the sea. Currently, all creation groans under sin's curse, but this groaning has purpose—it anticipates redemption. As you navigate a broken world filled with conflict, climate concerns, and suffering, hold fast to this hope. The restoration has begun in Christ's first coming; it will be completed at His return. What areas of brokenness in your life or world need Christ's restoring touch today?
