Come and Stay

Reading: John 1:35-42

Devotional: "Where are you staying?" It's such a simple question, yet it reveals the disciples' deepest longing, not for information, but for belonging. They didn't want a motivational speech or a five-step plan; they wanted a place to be. Jesus' response is equally profound: "Come and see." Your identity as a Christian isn't found in mastering doctrine or perfecting behavior. It's found in proximity to Jesus—simply staying near Him. Today, you don't need to have all the answers or perform perfectly. You're invited to come as you are and remain with the One who knows you completely. What would change if you stopped trying to be someone impressive and simply stayed close to Jesus?
