Nov 14th - Living as People of the Resurrection

Reading: Romans 6:1-11

Devotional: Because we serve the God of the living, we are called to live as resurrection people now. Paul teaches that we've been united with Christ in His death and resurrection, which means death no longer has the final say in any area of our lives. The same resurrection power that will one day raise our bodies is available today to bring life to our dead places—our fears, our sins, our broken relationships, our despair. You are not defined by your past failures or current struggles. You belong to the God who specializes in bringing life from death. Today, identify one area where you need resurrection power. Invite God to breathe new life there. Live with the confidence that the God of Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob is your God—faithful, eternal, and always more than enough.
