Smile - Supporting Lone Parent Families

At St. Andrews, we are proudly supporting SMILE, a wonderful locally based charity dedicated to offering vital support to families headed by lone parents. At the moment, we are collecting presents specifically for these lone parents. These thoughtful gifts will be given to them by their children during the most beautiful and heartwarming day when they all gather together in Poole. On this special day, SMILE hosts a unique ‘reverse’ Santa’s grotto, where children have the joyful opportunity to go inside, choose presents for their parents, wrap them carefully, write thoughtful cards, and then present these gifts back to the very parents who tirelessly care for and nurture them every day.

If you would like to get involved in this meaningful initiative, please feel free to bring any gifts suitable for an adult male or female to either the church or the church centre. We will gladly collect all donations and ensure they are delivered to SMILE in plenty of time for their wonderful event. If you have any questions please speak to Rev. Dan.
